Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Raz HSE, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your course purchase. If you have any issues with your enrollment, please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.

 

1. Cancellation Before Course Start

You may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund if you notify us at least 07 days before the course start date. To cancel, please contact us at contact@raz-hse.com

 

2. Refunds After Course Start

Refunds are not available once the course has begun unless there are exceptional circumstances. In such cases, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.

 

3. Non-Refundable Fees

4. Course Transfer

If you are unable to attend the course for any reason, you may request to transfer to another course offering within one month of the original course start date. Transfers are subject to availability.

 

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or course transfer, please contact us at contact@raz-hse.com with your enrollment details. We will process your request and notify you of the outcome within 03 business days.

 

6. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through our website.
